Chi Kung is an ancient art used in martial art and for health. Chi Kung means “cultivation of energy” or “cultivation of life vitality”.
This Chi Kung class is an introduction, but also in depth study of a simple act of standing still. The material of the class is rooted in a time-tested exercises and postures which are simple and easy to integrate in daily life. The aim of the class is to improve circulation and strengthen the core structure of the body and mind.

The classes take place weekly from september till june, every Tuesday at 18.00-19.15 Chi Kung class in a cultural centre OT 301 in Amsterdam.
